These Terms of Use govern the viewing, saving, sharing, and reposting of content published by The Derrico Project (“we,” “us,” or “our”) on our website, social media platforms, and any other digital channels we own or operate.

By accessing, viewing, downloading, saving, or reposting any content from The Derrico Project, you agree to comply with the following terms.

1. Ownership of Content

All content created by or on behalf of The Derrico Project—including but not limited to photographs, videos, audio recordings, music samples, graphics, logos, written content, captions, and branding elements—is the intellectual property of The Derrico Project or its content partners and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. Permitted Use

You may view, save, and share content from The Derrico Project for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that:

• Proper credit is given to The Derrico Project
• Original content is not altered, cropped to remove branding, or misrepresented
• The content is not used in a way that implies endorsement, partnership, or affiliation without written permission

Acceptable examples include:

• Sharing or reposting content to social media with visible credit or tagging
• Saving content for personal inspiration or reference
• Sharing content privately with event partners or planners for informational purposes

3. Required Credit

When reposting or sharing our content, credit must be clearly provided in one of the following ways:

• Tagging @TheDerricoProject on social media
• Including the text: “Content courtesy of The Derrico Project”
• Linking directly to our official website or original post

Credit must be visible and not hidden in hashtags or comments.

4. Prohibited Use

The following uses are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from The Derrico Project:

• Commercial use of any kind, including advertising, promotional materials, or paid campaigns
• Editing, filtering, or modifying content beyond basic resizing for reposting
• Removing or obscuring logos, watermarks, or branding
• Selling, licensing, or redistributing content to third parties
• Using content in a misleading, defamatory, or inappropriate manner

5. Vendor, Venue, and Media Use

Venues, planners, photographers, videographers, and other event professionals (“Vendors”) may repost or share content featuring The Derrico Project for portfolio, promotional, or editorial purposes only, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• Proper and visible credit is given to The Derrico Project (tagging @TheDerricoProject and/or linking to our website or original post)
• The content accurately represents The Derrico Project’s performance and involvement in the event
• The content is not altered in a way that misrepresents the performance, removes branding, or changes the context of the event
• Use is limited to organic (non-paid) social media posts, websites, and portfolios

Vendors may not:

• Use our content in paid advertising, sponsored posts, or promotional campaigns without prior written consent
• Imply an official partnership, endorsement, or ongoing affiliation without written approval
• License, sell, or provide the content to third parties or media outlets without permission

Any use of content for press features, advertisements, publications, or commercial campaigns requires prior written authorization from The Derrico Project.

6. Music and Audio Content

Audio recordings, music samples, and performance clips may not be downloaded, remixed, sampled, or reused for commercial or creative projects without express written permission. Unauthorized use of audio content is strictly prohibited.

7. Right to Revoke Permission

The Derrico Project reserves the right to request removal of any shared or reposted content at any time if it is used in violation of these terms or in a manner we deem inappropriate. Failure to comply may result in further action.

8. No Transfer of Rights

Permission to view or repost content does not grant ownership or transfer any intellectual property rights. All rights not expressly granted remain with The Derrico Project.

9. Changes of These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our content constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
